TASKLIST is little utility for Windows NT and Windows NT/AS administrators 
who want to schedule tasks (even on remote NT or NT/AS computer) in a more 
user-friendly way than using AT command.

This utility is a VB 3.0 program, so it needs VBRUN300.DLL to run.

To use it you will have to unzip the file TASKLIST.ZIP it the WINNT directory 
or another directory included in the PATH.

Then move the two DLLs CTL3D.DLL and MSAFINX.DLL to the WINNT\SYSTEM 
directory.

After that just launch it from the command line or the file manager, you will
see that it is very easy to understand what to do and how to do it using
TASKLIST interface.
